What to expect

Each session starts with a short check-in — how you’re feeling, what you need, what you want to explore. From there, I guide you through a practice that flows from the physical to the energetic.

Some sessions are slow and grounding. Others are dynamic and energizing. All of them move with your breath.

I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy, and Meditation — and draw from all of them to give you exactly what you need that day.

How do I book a session?
Fill out the request form and I'll send you a quote within 24 hours. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
What language are classes taught in?
English, Spanish, or both — you choose.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are 60 minutes by default. 75 and 90-minute options are also available.
I'm a complete beginner. What do you recommend?
A private session — individual or small group. I adapt fully to your level, so no experience is needed.
What styles do you teach?
Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, Hatha, Meditation & Breathwork, and Intuitive Flow. Each session draws from whichever style fits you best that day.
What do we need for class?
Comfortable clothes, water, and a yoga mat. If you don't have a mat, I can bring one.
Can I combine experiences?

Are materials included?
